Winter 2012 |
|
Bridge of Hope is open to the
expansion of our program to other geographic areas. In order for this to happen, a dedicated group of local volunteers would have to meet the expansion guidelines set out on our web site, which includes information on fundraising, recruitment of host families, day camp scholarships, translators, and much, much more. For more information on starting a new program, click here. |
Information packets are now available for families interested in hosting an older child from Russia or Ukraine this winter. Information sessions for summer BOH will be held in January - February. Dates and registration information will be available by late December. For more information or to request an info packet, please contact Bridge of Hope Director Patrice Gancie at 301-587-4400 ext 207 or pgancie@cradlehope.org. Bridge of Hope Winter 2012 host regions will include: CT, Massachusetts, New Jersey/Pennsylvania, Long Island and Mid-Hudson New York, Washington DC metropolitan area, and the Midwest (based in Chicago). For the first time, we may be able to consider families from outside our hosting regions who would be willing to spend a week with their host child in Maryland. |
